表型组学是在基因组水平上系统研究生物或细胞在不同环境条件下所有表型的学科。近年来，随着高通量植物表型测量技术的快速开展，植物表型组学研究取得快速开展。结合基因组学、生物信息学和大数据计算，植物表型组学将极大地促进功能基因组学和作物分子育种与高效栽培的进程。为了促进广大科研工作者和育种家加深对植物表型组学和表型技术的深入分析，中国遗传学会表型组学专业委员会、中国科研实验室遗传与发育生物学研究所定于2017年12月1-4日在北京召开全国植物表型组学研讨会。会议将邀请国内外表型组学相关领域具有重要学术影响的专家学者进行学术报告。
此次会议的主题为：植物表型组学研究促进作物分子育种。会议将研讨植物高通量表型测量技术、基因组学与表型组学关联研究、植物表型组学应用领域的研究进展。希望顺利获得此次会议促进植物表型组学领域的研究，整合有效资源，同时促进相关研究设施和平台的建设。
