光纤版双通道调制叶绿素荧光仪DUAL-PAM/F最初是专门为附着样品(如苔藓,地衣,岩石附着藻类)和不方便夹住的样品(如仙人掌,果实等一些非叶片器官)而设计的测量系统。当然,它也可以用于测量植物叶片和完整叶绿体、类囊体和藻类悬浮液。
光纤版双通道调制叶绿素荧光仪DUAL-PAM/F与标准版的双通道叶绿素荧光仪DUAL-PAM-100在基本功能上差别不大。也可以同时测量光系统II(PSII)叶绿素荧光(Fluo)和光系统I(PSI)氧化还原导致的近红外差示吸收(P700/P700+)。
光纤版双通道调制叶绿素荧光仪DUAL-PAM/F设计更加紧凑,所有光学组件均集成在主机内部,主机内置蓄电池,可以携带至野外现场测量。
光纤版双通道调制叶绿素荧光仪DUAL-PAM/F与标准版的双通道叶绿素荧光仪DUAL-PAM-100基本原理一样,发表的文献可以互相参考。光合作用文献数据库收录数量有1680多篇,近五年,每年都有近200篇文献发表。发文质量高,其中不乏Molecular Plant,Nature Plants,Nature Communications,The Plant Cell,PNAS,New Phytologist,Plant Physiology,The Plant Journal等植物学领域的专业高分杂志文章(详见附录)。

叶片测量支架DUAL-BA:设计用于植物叶片高通量测量。为了快速更换样品,通过弹簧钢片将叶片固定在光纤最前端。弹簧片的矩形弯曲由钕磁铁固定,钕磁铁位于固定光纤的适配器夹具侧面。弹簧钢片可以在导向缝中自由移动。DUAL-BA包含一个带有光纤导轨的桌面支架。

悬浮样品池KS-2500和带光纤支架的磁力搅拌器MKS-2500:悬浮样品池KS-2500由不锈钢内胆和聚甲醛外壳组成。它包括一个400μl的样品室,样品室顶部配有一个7 mm光纤适配器、样品室斜侧面有一个注射器入口、侧面有两个用于连接外部循环水浴以进行温度控制的喷嘴。MKS-2500配备了一个经过特殊改进的搅拌底座,用于居中固定KS-2500悬浮样品池。MKS-2500磁力搅拌器配还包含有机玻璃基板和立杆,用于在样品池顶部安悬挂光纤。
